This is a list of deaths in the Hogwarts Life series organised by book. Each death is listed under the book in which it is first mentioned: e.g. Moaning Myrtle died before the events of the first Harry Potter books, but she is not mentioned until the second book. 158 known individuals have been confirmed to have died.
